This traditional farmhouse and adjacent newly converted farm steading is divided only by the A75 road from the established Holiday Park at Auchenlarie. You can enjoy an open outlook across fields with the full amenities of a holiday centre within walking distance. The main farmhouse has wonderful sea views across the bay to the Isle of Man and beyond and is equipped to a high standard throughout.
Auchenlarie Holiday Park gives access to the beach and shore and has a heated indoor swimming pool with children"s area, a fully equipped gym with multi sports courts plus a sauna and solarium. In addition there are licensed bars, on-park shopping, a choice of snacks and restaurant meals, resident entertainers and cabaret plus much more.
All around Dumfries and Galloway you will find evidence of its rich archaeological, historical, literary and artistic past with a number of sandy beaches all within easy reach, numerous golf courses plus, within a twenty minute drive, one of the stages of the 7Stanes Mountain Bike Network. This is an ideal base for an energetic family holiday or one in which to relax and from which to explore this unspoilt and relatively unknown part of Scotland.

This traditional farmhouse has wonderful sea views from all main rooms. Entrance is through a small porch area and down a few steps to the ground floor comprising a large fully fitted Kitchen including dishwasher, dual fuel Rangemaster cooker, microwave, full sized American fridge/freezer, Dining area with 42" plasma television and french doors opening onto the patio and garden, Alongside the kitchen is the Snug, a small lounge, for quiet moments. Further along the hallway is the main spacious Lounge with french doors to the garden with wonderful sea views. Off the lounge is the family Shower room, stairs to the first floor and the formal Dining Room.
On the first floor there are 4 Double/Twin Bedrooms (one en suite), 1 Single Bedroom and a further family Shower room. All bedrooms have sea views and satellite television.

The House has full gas fired central heating. The courtyard has an "unloading only" area by each property. There is a separate car park to the rear of the steading. The farmhouse has its own private garden to the front.
